Contents Bridge was established in 2017 in Tokyo, Japan, by Tanja Bach. We provide coaching, facilitation, and assessment services. Balancing theory and experiential learning, we encourage you to put the theory to the test. We believe that everyone can have a lasting positive impact as long as you remain curious, open-minded, and ready to be stretched.

Tanja Bach | Founder Contents Bridge KK
Tanja is a Tokyo-based trilingual ICF certified coach and facilitator with a passion for creating organizations for the future through coaching and team transformation journeys. Raised in Europe and with a University education from the US, Tanja has been calling Tokyo, Japan, home for over 20 years.
Tanja thrives on the opportunity to help unlock the full potential of teams and individuals. She brings over 16 years of experience in developing leaders and facilitating organizational change and coaching and facilitation. She has delivered programs across industries around the globe, both face to face and virtually.
